Where it is stored

Data is stored in UK data centres, with EU hosting available on the Scale plan. Backups are encrypted and stay in the same region.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for six years after it closes, to meet accounting record requirements. You can export or delete your data at any time from your settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK data protection regulator.
