Finance data analyst
Teach the agent new categories and keep its accuracy honest every month.
What you will do
- Review the agent's categorisation and turn corrections into better rules
- Build the monthly accuracy report and explain the misses in plain English
- Work with customers on tricky charts of accounts and multi-entity setups
- Help the product team understand where finance work still hurts
What we are looking for
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant, or equivalent finance experience
- Strong spreadsheet skills and a healthy suspicion of them
- Comfort with large data sets and a little SQL
- Clear, kind written communication
